Step 1: Sourcing & Procurement
Identify the textile waste supplier who provides us with traceability and ensures the right composition of material required to meet the company's sourcing policy guidelines.
Step 2: Sorting & Segregation
Received Material is being sorted thoroughly to ensure contamination-controlled material is selected for the production process & Segregated accurately to identify & ensure traceability of procured waste.
Step 3: Waste Treatment
Each lot of production-ready batch goes through a foreign particle removal process, such as metal, colored particles, etc, to ensure the strict quality-control process.
Step 4: Shredding
The small pieces of textile waste are uniquely processed inside the shredding machine & ensure to make it is ready for fibre generation.
Step 5: Production
The entire batch has been processed with a semi-automated and automated production line to produce high-quality, low-impact fibres based on customer requirements.
Step 6: Quality Check & Packing Process
An export-grade packing of each produce bale, which goes through an in-house quality-controlled process to ensure the technical properties of every packed bale are consistent.
Step 7: Warehouse & Dispatch
Each produced batch has been placed at a designated place in the warehouse to ensure the traceability of the entire lot & dispatched to the customer with the help of the best-in-class logistics team.
