Mix Blend recycled fiber — made from blended cotton waste or Post-consumer waste. Developed for blending and crafting high-performance recycled yarn to ensure circularity.

Recycled fiber made from blended textile waste to ensure zero wastage and the usability of discarded materials.

Available in the composition below

  • Poly-Cotton with a composition of 5-25%(Synthetic) & 75-95% Cotton.
  • Viscose-Cotton with composition of 1-25%(Viscose) & 75-99%(Cottton)
TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
  • Staple Fiber length (UHML) in the range of 20MM and upto 23MM.
  • Nill Trash %
  • RD : 74+ with MIC range between 3.5-4.5
  • Staple Strength in the range of 22-26 (g/t)
  • Yarn bits less than 1.5%

The shared goal of the standards is to increase the use of recycled materials. The GRS includes additional criteria for social and environmental processing requirements and chemical restrictions.
