DESCRIPTION

Contamination-controlled recycled cotton fiber made from top-notch, sourced pre-industrial cotton waste. Our in-house production & quality control process ensures the delivery of consistent batches of high-end, manufactured recycled cotton fiber.

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
  • Staple Fiber length (UHML) in the range of 22MM and upto 27MM.
  • Nill Trash % with contaimination controlled bales of more then 99% cotton composition.
  • RD : 74+ with MIC range between 3.5-4.5
  • Staple Strength in the range of 24-30 (g/t)
  • Yarn bits less than 1%
  • UV Clear & Composition blend test supply

Global Recycled Standard (GRS) is an international, voluntary standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled input and chain of custody. The shared goal of the standards is to increase the use of recycled materials. The GRS includes additional criteria for social and environmental processing requirements and chemical restrictions.
